Booking & Reservation

Students/members must complete their bookings before arrival.

All bookings are subject to room availability and confirmation by Administration management.

Students/Members and their families must provide valid government-issued identification at check-in.

Full advance payment is required to confirm the booking.

The hostel reserves the right to refuse accommodation if incorrect information is provided during booking.

Check-In & Check-Out

Standard check-in time: Depends upon arrival.

If check-in is late for any reason, full day charges will apply.

Standard check-out time: 12 NOON.

Students failing to check out on time may be charged for an additional day.

Room Usage

Rooms are to be used only by registered students or members.

Students/Members must maintain cleanliness and hygiene within the room.

Any damage to hostel property caused by the student/member will be charged accordingly.

Illegal activities, smoking, alcohol abuse, or possession of prohibited substances within hostel premises are strictly prohibited.

Visitor Policy

Visitors are allowed only during permitted visiting hours and must register at reception/security gate.

Overnight stays for visitors are not permitted.

Management reserves the right to deny entry to visitors if necessary for safety or security reasons.

Conduct & Discipline

Students/Members are expected to behave respectfully toward staff and other residents.

Loud music, disturbances, harassment, violence, or inappropriate behavior may lead to immediate termination of stay without refund.

Safety & Security

Students/Members are responsible for safeguarding their personal belongings.

The hostel is not liable for loss, theft, or damage to personal property.

Management may conduct room inspections for maintenance, safety, or policy compliance with prior notice where possible.

Possession of weapons, hazardous materials, or illegal substances is strictly prohibited.

Maintenance & Utilities

Students/Members must promptly report maintenance issues to management.

Utility services such as water, electricity, and internet are subject to availability and maintenance interruptions.

Misuse of utilities or hostel equipment may result in penalties.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Before Check-In

Cancellation made 7 days or more before check-in: Full refund.

Cancellation made 3–6 days before check-in: 10% refund of booking amount.

Cancellation made less than 72 hours before check-in: No refund.

By booking or occupying a hostel room, the students/members/guests acknowledge and agree to abide by these Terms & Conditions and Refund Policy.
